Cosmic expansion history from line-intensity mapping
1 : Ben Gurion University
Intensity mapping of the Carbon-Monoxide (CO) line holds tremendous potential to provide insights into cosmology and astrophysics. However, when trying to extract either astrophysical or cosmological measurements from the observed map, one is always limited by the degeneracy between the two. We will discuss the implications of this degeneracy and show forecasts for future CO intensity-mapping experiments to provide constraints on cosmology.
